Takedowns Wrestling Store allows wrestlers to purchase headgear, wrestling shoes, Defense Soap, apparel, and other items at discounted prices in person. Due to supply issues, we currently offer mostly Adidas, but also a limited supply of ASICS and RUDIS shoes. For headgear, we offer Cliff Keen Signature and Fusion models, plus Adidas Response.
TAKEDOWNS operates at two locations:
TOP 24/7 STERLING 22135 Davis Drive, #105 Sterling, VA (self-serve--see instructions below)
TOP FREDERICKSBURG 61 Commerce Parkway, Fredericksburg VA
HOW TO PURCHASE GEAR IN STERLING:
TOP 24/7 is a private club, so non-members need a way to access the building.
Step 1. Text 703-509-3728 if you have questions or are looking for specific items (to make sure we have them).
Step 2. Download the HybridAF app and select "TOP 24/7" as gym location (this allows you to unlock the door at TOP 24/7 Sterling). We must approve your access remotely and can usually do so quickly. If you haven't texted us already, let us know you would like to access the store so we can approve.
Step 3. Enter the side door of the building where indicated. Upon entry, turn right to go down hallway. The store will be on your left hand side. (If lights aren't on, there is a switch next to the back exit door at end of hallway; also a switch near assault bike---in the corner of the blue mat by windows ).
Step 4. Shoes are in the two tall cabinets in store area (down the hallway). They are stored in order of size. Headgear are stored in cabinets above the sink. Defense Soap products are stored in the grey storage case with red handles. If you're looking for other items (TOP 24/7 shirts, kneepads, haircovers, TOP fight shorts, singlets), text us at 703-509-3728 or 832-414-9018 and we can point you in the right direction.
Step 5. If you need assistance in the store, text the above numbers. In most cases, we can respond by text or even talk to you through the security camera speakers.
Step 6. Once you're ready to make a purchase, confirm the price on the Price List which should be located on the table or counter. Please add 6% sales tax when totaling up your tab. Pay by Venmo (see picture below for location). If not possible, pay by paypal at [email protected]. If you need to pay by credit card, text the above numbers so that we arrange to process payment over the phone.
Step 7. Consider becoming a TOP 24/7 member. Feel free to look around. In addition to 24/7/365 mats, you can obtain great functional workouts whenever you want!
Note: Security cameras are located throughout the building, including the store area.
