MyCOACH soft launched in 2021, and we have decided to tweak the format and expand the videos. At the present time, the current content (over 20 instructional videos for new and novice wrestlers) remains available for only $49. During 2022, we hope to revamp the entire site.
At the present time, LEVEL ONE technique videos include instruction and practice plans/drills for new and novice wrestlers. Specifically, we believe the videos cover much, if not all, of fundamental technique that wrestlers need to learn starting out. There are also a couple of LEVEL TWO videos, but our current plan is to build out the library of LEVEL TWO videos in 2022, as well as determine a timeline for other content planned for the site.
