SPONSORSHIPS
A TOP sponsorship is a fantastic way for a business to obtain new customers, increase sales, raise brand visibility, and demonstrate support for the community. Through onsite, online and other promotions, an organization can reap a variety of benefits while supporting TOP’s important mission.
TOP sponsorships provide access to a highly desirable demographic group of youth athletes and their families. Most TOP participants are local boys and girls from ages 5-18 involved in wrestling and other youth sports. Parents, siblings and other family members also routinely visit TOP to observe practices or classes, attend competitive events, and more. TOP also connects with kids who don’t wrestle through birthday parties, rental to other sport/fitness groups, and other events.
In addition to foot traffic, sponsors gain valuable exposure in other ways. TOP is rapidly building an email distribution list of committed wrestling families while also maintaining a dynamic Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram presence. Finally, TOP engages in marketing efforts aimed at a broader audience, including newspaper advertisements, school events, and more.
In addition to the sponsorships listed below, TOP also allows businesses to sponsor specific activities at our tournaments (e.g., purchasing trophies, paying referees, etc.).

TYPES OF SPONSORSHIPS
TOP SUPPORTER ($250 per year)
· Company logo/description and link included on TOP web site
· Promotional materials, products and/or coupons distributed at TOP
BRONZE MEDAL ($500 per year)
All TOP Supporter benefits, plus the following:
· Corporate banner prominently displayed at TOP
· Company sponsorship (and web links) broadcast through social media (Facebook, Twitter)
SILVER MEDAL ($2,400 per year)
All Bronze Medal benefits, plus the following:
· Company slide/advertisement featured on Digital Signage in TOP Store (easy to update to promote sales, special events, new products, etc.)
· Announcement of sponsorship in TOP’s monthly email to proprietary email list
· Company logo included on all emails to TOP’s proprietary email list
· Oversized corporate banner prominently displayed at TOP (larger than Bronze banner)
· Free facility rental for a corporate party or event (adults love dodgeball, too!)
GOLD MEDAL ($4,800 per year)
All Silver Medal benefits, plus the following:
· Company commercial/video or slide shown on TOP’s big-screen TVs before/during wrestling events (this is an incredibly value benefit not available at most athletic-venues); video/slide will be broadcast to audiences throughout the year and can easily be updated to promote special events, specific products, etc.
· Automatic sponsorship of all major events, including Open Houses, Weekend Wrestling events, etc. Includes public recognition on marketing and event materials, verbal recognition at events, inclusion of promotional items in “goodie” bags at select events, and more.
· Dedicated email delivered to TOP’s proprietary email list announcing Gold Medal sponsorship and describing company’s products, services, special events, etc.
· Company representatives are invited to attend/exhibit/present at key events
· Company logo included in advertisements (e.g., newspapers such Loudoun Times Mirror) and future TOP television commercials.
