PA inVAsion Camp
Technique Sessions + College-Style Practices
June 22-25, 2020
(this date is likely to change due to COVID-19; tentative new date is July 22-25)
The theme of this premier camp is simple: Pennsylvania is often considered to be our country's most dominant wrestling state on many levels, so we invite clinicians and counselors from PA to come to Virginia to work with local wrestlers. This will be the 5th annual PA inVA Camp, and it sells out every year!
This high-level camp is geared for experienced and serious wrestlers in high school and middle school, and only advanced/mature elementary wrestlers (4th grade and up).
Each day consists of two technique sessions, film study, and an intense "College-Style Practice" that includes live wresting, review and reinforcement of previously learned techniques, drilling, and conditioning.
This camp features the best and most popular wrestlers in the country. Past clinicians include Bo Nickal (3x NCAA champion and Hodge trophy winner), Zain Retherford (3x NCAA champion and 2x Hodge trophy winner), Jason Nolf (3x NCAA champion), Wade Schalles (Hall of Famer), Scott Moore (head coach, Lock Haven University), Mitchell Port (NCAA finalist), Steve Fittery (4x NCAA All-American), Joe Kemmerer (2x NCAA champion and Greco University national champion), Rob Eiter (Olympian) and more!
