MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP
This camp is perfect for middle school wrestlers (and rising 9th graders) who are beginner or novice level or are interested in preparing for high school wrestling. We also accept brand new wrestlers in this camp, so existing wrestlers can recruit and bring friends!
Campers will learn important fundamentals necessary for success in middle and high school...and wrestle a lot! The athletes will work hard, but we also include some games and engage in a variety of activities to ensure a fantastic camp experience. DAILY SCHEDULE The daily schedule is expected to approximate the following: 9:00-9:30 Arrival Time 9:30-10:45 Warm-up and Wrestling Session #1 10:45-11:00 Morning Break 11:00-11:30 Activities/Games 11:30-12:00 Lunch 12:00-12:30 Activities/Games 12:30-2:00 Wrestling Session #2 2:00-2:15 Afternoon Break 2:15-3:00 Wrestling Session #3 FEES Fees for this camp are $250. Campers bring their own lunches. |
