Sunday, October 15 1-3 pm @ Independence High School 23115 Learning Circle, Ashburn VA Sunday, October 22 1-2:30 pm @ Freedom High School 25450 Riding Center Drive, Chantilly VA Sunday, October 22 2-4 pm @ Stone Bridge High School 43100 Hay Road, Ashburn VA Top of the Podium has conducted dozens of free "Discover Wrestling" clinics since 2014. The idea is simple: Allow boys and girls who've never wrestled before the opportunity to learn about the sport, and try it out before registering with a local team. Wrestling is an incredible sport, but sometimes kids (or parents) are hesitant because they don't know much about youth wrestling. This no-risk, free event is the perfect way to try it out.
In this free clinic, kids from ages 7-14 (and parents) will learn scoring/rules, watch a live exhibition match, experience what a typical youth practice is like, learn about local leagues, and yes, actually get to wrestle.
