ONLINE PLAN
This plan entitles the user to access the TOP 24/7 app but not use the physical facility. The app includes workout plans for home, exercise videos, MyCoach wrestling technique videos, nutrition tips, and more.

    ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS CAN BE ADDED FOR 50% OFF!*

    *Family members can be added after the Member's plan is selected and paid for (see above). To receive 50% discount, the new family member's plan must be of equal or lower value (e.g., A Gold member can't purchase an Unlimited Plan for a family member and receive the discount). Once your request is submitted below, our staff will set up a sub-account in your plan under the name of the family member. Fees will be prorated, if applicable, and you will receive a confirmation of the transaction.
